I really like the job itself, but what I particularly like about the training programme is that I am allowed to work independently, have my own tasks and gain insight into many different areas.

What is the work-life balance like during training?

I have much less to do outside of my work and vocational school hours. That means I hardly ever have any homework and don’t have to study as much as I did in secondary school.
